How the work actually runs
Most of us, when we get stuck, ask: why does this keep going wrong? And then we wait for an answer. But the answer is only ever as good as the question.
For example: "How can I build trust with my team?" gets you an answer. A fine one. Probably the same one everyone gets.
"How can I build trust while actually enjoying it?" gets you an answer with you in it. That's the difference a question makes.
None of this comes from a template. Neither do you.
That's what BLOOM is: a thinking practice that teaches you to question the question. We work on your real situations, not theory. We start with what's really going on underneath, not just the surface behaviour. The work is grounded in research — Shalom Schwartz's model of basic human values and cognitive behavioural coaching — and I work to the values and ethics of the ICF, so you always know where you stand with me.
And you leave with the wheel in your hands, not mine. My job is to make you less dependent on me over time, not more. Eventually something hard comes up, and you notice you already know what to ask yourself. That's the point.

B — Baseline
You'll reach a new level of honesty with yourself, and honesty changes results. Like a GPS, you can't plan the route until you know exactly where you're standing. You'll know your true starting point. And you'll start seeing other people the same way: not just the behaviour, but what's driving it under the hood.
L — Linkage
Connected to your own values, hard decisions get quicker, because you finally know what you're deciding from. And because you learn to hear what other people value, you speak their language. People move with you instead of being pushed by you. The right task lands with the right person, and it sticks.
O — Objectivity
You'll see the bigger picture and hold it without getting emotionally tangled in it. The situations that used to knock you around become things you can stand in front of and work with. Difficult stops meaning threatening.

A bit about me
G'day. I'm Eran. Father of three, husband, and a lover of music, good coffee, and — after a lot of years — Vegemite.
I don't have it all figured out either. I moved to Australia at thirty, with no real language, no friends, and no job — just a loneliness that sat with me even in a room full of people. I can't do this, I remember thinking. Maybe this was a mistake.
Years later, in a career I'd been so sure I wanted, the same voice came back: maybe this isn't for me. Two moments, almost the same words — and the opposite answer each time. The first time, that voice was wrong; staying was exactly what I needed. The second time, it was right; leaving was the honest call. It took me a long time, and a lot of getting it wrong, to learn how to tell the difference.
That's most of what I do now. Not telling people what to do — helping them build a real relationship with that voice, so when it shows up, they know how to listen to it.
I'm trained and I work to ICF ethical standards, and we can talk about all of that on a call. But this work starts with you.
